Merry Christmas! 180 days opens on Dec. 25

I can make my dining reservations on Christmas morning! I always have a plan in place for booking, but need to be extra efficient since I have 2 small kids that are early risers (especially on Christmas morning) and booking opens at 5am CST. Here are my choices listed in booking priority order. Anything that needs to be rearranged?? All ADRs are for 2 as this is an anniversary trip!

Priority order:
DWAI lunch at HBD
'Ohana 7pm
Be Our Guest 6pm
Garden Grill PPO
Boathouse 6pm
Illuminations dessert party
Trail's End 8:45am
Cape May 8am
Tokyo Dining 2pm
Mama Melrose 12pm (backup for DWAI)

Cape May before Trail's End. Even Tokyo Dining before Trail's End. Good luck, looks like an awesome trip!

I agree with above about Cape May and I would move Boathouse down. You can book Bothouse as an ADR or go on Open Table where they have more availability. I was stalking ADRs for Boathouse for NYE about 8:00 pm and nothing ever opened. I went on Open Table and had my choice of availability.

Booking online is always open (EDIT: when it works). Phone lines may be open too, but those open an hour later.

Open table is a website completely unrelated to Disney. You can make dining reservations online for many restaurants through there. Just google the name of the restaurant and open table and it should pop up. There is also no penalty for not showing up unlike Disney where you get fined $10 a person
