It was released on twitter so not official Disney announcement but I honestly don’t think they’ll do an official announcement of it not coming back.

I’ve seen multiple sites reporting that Disney confirmed it was not returning.

I was hoping they could bring it back and do it right! I timed my vacation around it being on. I mean I'm still going to have an absolute blast but, really wish I could have gotten some extra magic in that Disney Christmas Party - it could be like the one at MK, which is amazing!!
