Meridian on the disney dream dress code?

I have signed up for the martini tasting on our nassau day and i am reading that meridian has a nightime dresscode of dresses and skirts for women.....i owe neither of these lol i am a jeans and capris kind of girl so my question is for the martini tasting event do you think i can get away with a pair of black capris and a nice top or will i be embarassed and asked to leave?

If the tasting is during the day I don't think they enforce a dress code. We did a private tasting and they held it there and there wasn't a dress code. If it is at night I would say a nice top and black pants would be fine. Not sure on capris or not.

I never noticed people dressing up for the Wine Tastings so I'm sure you can go "casual".

We did a Cognac and a Whiskey tasting in Meridian, both of which were at 10 PM. I didn't even know they had a nighttime dress code. It certainly wasn't enforced. Not that there were people in bathing suits or something, just that it was a relaxed atmosphere, and not very crowded. I think you will be fine.

I really like Meridian as a place for a couple of Jack Daniels in the evening after dinner or the show. That said, I tend to wear slacks and a button down shirt at the very least when I'm there in the evenings. Sometimes a blazer as well...

Really, a dress code of skirts and dresses for women? I can hardly believe that is enforced, EVER.

Lol well to be fair it also listed pantsuits were acceptable ..um not in my closet
