I saw Third Day at my church a few months back. Chris Tomlin came to my church a yr ago and we saw him in concert at my church!
We just saw Lincoln Brewster at my church a month ago!

Sonic Flood came to our old church last year and the year before that we say Big Daddy Weave!!! This is our first really big concert in years.
In '03, I won tix off the radio to see FFH, and four days before the concert, my son was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I still can't listen to FFH without remembering that horrible week.

I am sorry to hear about your son . Is he doing better?

My dd was born with a complex congenital heart defect in 1997. She was in the hosp for 4 months b/c of heart surgery and complications from her heart surgery. True story. Anyways, Darlene Zchech and the Hillsongs band came to my church about a month after dd got out of the hosp. I was bawling while I was singing every song at the concert. That concert was a true worship experience for me, thanking God that dd pulled thru all her obstacles at the time!!

Yes, by the Grace of God, he's doing well. he had surgery and they were able to get the whole tumor. He's three years cancer free now!! I hope your dd is doing well.

My dd is doing well! Besides her open heart surgery as an infant, she had open heart surgery at 18 months old, did very well at her 18 month old surgery with no complications! She's been pretty medically stable since. she may need future heart surgery as she grows. She is 9 yrs. old now.

I just saw your profile and you have Caringbridge website for your dson. I only saw the front page briefly. That's great your dson is doing well! Is it ok to ask, how do you start the Caringbridge website for your child? I have seen other Caringbridge of other children here, on the CB boards and the DisABILITIES boards. I haven't ever done anything like that for my dd. I was just wondering how do I start one and does it cost anything to start a Caringbridge website?
Also, I noticed on your ds Caringbridge website, did he get a wish granted from Make-A-Wish? My DD had her wish granted 2 yrs. ago and we went to WDW for her wish!!!
