All of the DVC resort gift shops will have some items. Quantity varies depending upon how much they happen to have in stock.
For the most part, don't expect anything radically different than what's online. You'll find a few more smaller things in the gift shops like key rings and magnets. But for the most part, the clothing items are largely limited to what's shown at DisneyStore.com.
Some of the DVC resorts have a good selection of resort-specific items. The stand-alone DVC properties (Old Key West, Saratoga, Vero and HHI) all received a similar line of merchandise a few months back. T-Shirts, mugs, magnets, etc. Other resorts also have some items but selection varies. And none of the resort-specific items feature any Disney Vacation Club mention.
There are about a dozen different clothing options plus the usual variety of knick-knacks. And most locations carry a decent selection of resort-specific items, too.
That's about what should be expected. In retail, it's all about shelf space. The more designs carried, the less room there is for other stuff.
Thinking back over my recent visits to OKW, SSR and Vero, I'd say a good 35-45% of the clothing rack space at those locations is currently being used to display either DVC or resort-specific items. That's as much as I ever recall seeing. The rest of the space is used for a variety of stuff which may be needed on-the-fly by resort guests (swimsuits, flip-flops, shorts, t-shirts, etc.) in different sizes and designs for men, women & children.
