Merchandise Returns

Sorry for the simple question, but I searched and searched and couldn't find the answer.

Can I return something I bought from Islands of Adventure? I bought a Harry Potter picture frame today and would like to return it for something else when we go back in a couple days.

I doubt you'll have a problem, especially if you still have the receipt. I've not actually returned anything, but from reading here and talking with TMs myself, Universal seems to have a pretty good return policy.

Shouldn`t be a problem.

I returned an item to one of the stores in Universal in October, I did have the receipt and explained I just wanted to exchange it for another item as I had bought the wrong thing.......it was fine.

Yes, returns are easy.

I bought hubby a HP "tie" lanyard, and he didn't want it. Returned it, got the refund, easy!
