Merchandise Questions

I have a question about merchandise. I'm assuming they count your register drawers at the end of the day? What happens if you're a little short or over?

I'm sure like any other retail store they have a certain amount they don't worry about and if you are under that amount you're fine. If you're over you get written up. I don't know this for sure but I assume it would be this way. Hope you can get a definite answer.

This really threads into one of those areas that's considered sensitive and not appropriate to discuss publically (or privately, really). Be careful what you say and how you say it...

Suffice it to say, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts US, Inc., like any other reasonable organization, has procedures and guidelines in place.

Just another thought to throw in, the reason it probably isn't good to be discussing on a message board is because people can figure out what can/can't be noticed as stealing.

I worked in Merchandise. I want to be careful with what I say so I'm just going to leave it at the fact that as long as you're being honest, you truly don't need to worry about it. Disney knows. They have their ways. Don't do anything stupid and you'll be fine.
