Merchandise hold?

I would like to know if the universal parks offer to send your merchandises to the front of the park for you to pick up later?

Yes you can do this at both parks, just request it when you purchasing the items. You can pick them up at Island Trading Company at IOA and the Universal Studios Store (I'm assuming, never used it at this park) at Universal Studios. I believe you must have a minimum of two hours after purchase before you can pick them up.

Trading Co. is correct at IOA but at the Studios, they send it to It's a Wrap.

It is a 3 hour turn around time for package pick up.
