In your situation I can definitely see the big deal and would be upset as well. That is a lot of merchandise so a huge price difference.

This is similar to our situation too. We don't buy "alot" of merchandise but we do expensive items. We always purchase the ornaments/figurines, art work, pin displays and the 20% was a huge saving for us. With the discount, the PAP basically paid for itself. 10% simply won't allow us to justify the expense because we don't use the Water Parks/Disney Quest admission enough
