Here's my cat contribution:


This is the little family we are fostering until placement at the rescue opens up. The kittens are all boys and are 5 weeks old in this pic. They will be 6 weeks old this coming Monday. They are so much fun at this age! The two darker ones are long haired and the other two have short hair. We have towels and blankets down all over the room for them so they can be cozy, but the mom seems to prefer feeding them on the hard ground. The kittens have claimed a big bean bag for nap time, though.

They are owned by Aunt Sarah, and are a problematic pair - both as troublemakers in the movie and for the negative stereotype they portray (which has since been acknowledged. - The original animated movie on Disney+ now carries a disclaimer, and the live-action version changed the cats entirely.) ~

If you like tech-y stuff, though, it's kind of interesting to see Peggy Lee provide both singing voices at once:

On Friday, Jacob and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. My parents came to visit in part so they could babysit Charles while we went out! The headed home Wednesday morning. I didn't get much exercise in while they were visiting. But I have 165 minutes since my last update.
