Menus for Mythos, Monster Cafe and Lombards Landing

We have been on Universal vacations several times, but we have never eaten at these three restaurants. They are on my things to do list for this trip. Does anyone know how I could get copies of menus for these restaurants? If I called them, could they fax their menus to me? Does anyone know the phone numbers I would call?
