Menus and lunch and dinner times

Am looking at menus, some of which change items from lunch to dinner. Does anyone know where I can find or know the answer of what is that "time" that lunch becomes dinner? Specifically wondering about the Rose and Crown and Liberty Tavern.

According to Disney's Website (if you go and look up a dining location and than click on the tab on the left of the screen that says reservation you can see the times.) Liberty Tree Serves Lunch from 11:30am - 3pm and Dinner from 4pm-9pm, and Rose & Crown Serves Lunch from 12pm-3:20pm and Dinner rom 4pm-8pm. Hope that helps!
