Menu updates

Anyone here at least a bit prescient for the future of food on the boats? I mean, everything else involved with Disney deals with change and some discussions here and elsewhere go on forever about how we have to accept that somethings associated with the Mouse changes over time.

Dining. Yeah, some things have changed in the parks but in the MDRs, not so much. There was a time when common wisdom would have said that somewhere between 2020 and 2021, the opportunity to change the menus would have made it easy for DCL. This includes Palo too. I'm not saying EVERYTHING is exactly the same but, in many cases, what they were dishing out 5-10 years ago is still the same.

Do we have any idea whether there are plan to update any menus on any ship in the near future?

I would love for a menu overhaul but sadly I don't see that happening

Historically, the menu changes have been incremental, not the result of massive overhauls. They will change some items here and there once in a while, but keep the very popular items. They only do something very different when they launch a new themed dining room, like Tiana's and Rapunzel's.

After a while, the popular items from these new menus spread to the other ships.

Your best hope for new items is Wish going online in a few months. But you can pretty much bet that the Ahi Tuna tower, the pursiettes and other staples will be on those menus too.
