Menu substitutions? Or lunch for dinner?

We are booked for dinner at Chefs de France. The lunch menu seems a bit more appealing. Would they allow us to book off the lunch menu for dinner? Also, my DH would like the salmon but not the lentils. Do they allow substitutions and let him have french fries?

I also noticed that under beverages they only listed Coke and Diet Coke along with other coffees, etc. Can you get tea and lemonade? What about milk for DD?

Yes to everything but ordering lunch for dinner. Most Disney restaurants that have different menus for those times turn their kitchens over and aren't prepped to prepare from the opposite menu. Any disney restaurant will allow you to swap sides with another entree on the menu at no cost. They just won't let you substitute any additional sides that are listed separately under the sides portion of the menu.

Fries are on the kids menu for both lunch and dinner (croquette de boeuf), so he could get those.

It's possible but no guarantee. The only guarantee for subbing is swapping sides for sides from other listed entrees. They do serve french fries on the kid's menu all day. Why not just book lunch?

We LOVE Via Napoli and we have that booked for lunch at Epcot. Tried to switch to dinner and then move France to lunch but no availability for VN for dinner.
