Menu Journal Pages Request

I have looked everywhere and surprisingly I haven't found any. Can someone make me or does anyone have any of these following pages for my Daughter's Journal I'm making her for the trip.

I don't want the whole menu just the seating I've listed. Also I'd like a cute graphic with the characters and maybe border on it of the place. Thanks so much
