Does disney provide menu cards, reception place cards, and table numbers or do you have to pay for them?

You could check with your planner to see if they have some type of generic table numbers that they can use....not too sure about this, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.

As to the menu cards, seating cards, etc you need to pay for and provide them. I believe the ones they have on display at Francks are done thru Impressions. However you can make or purchase these them anywhere you like.
