Menu at Brown Derby

My husband and I and teenage son have PS to eat at the Brown Derby at MGM for lunch. We've never been there, but have heard good things about it. I found a lunch menu on an unofficial Disney web site, but am concerned that my picky teenage son may not find anything he likes to eat. The menu is only showing three different Cobb salads, chicken salad, two fish entrees, pasta with spinach and zucchini, a Thai Noodle Bowl and a 10 oz. New York Strip Steak. The menu is dated March 2004, so is a year old. My son isn't in to salads, fish, international foods. or anything green. The steak is about the only thing he might be interested in. Does anyone know if there are other items that aren't listed on this menu, such as burgers or other sandwich options?

I've not seen any sandwiches listed on the menu. They do have sandwiches next door at Starring Rolls bakery.

We ate there last week and we really regret having wasted our time and money! The service was the worst I have had in years and the menu was limited. Three of our four meals were good but the chicken meal was way undercooked!

With so many wonderful places to eat in Disney I would suggest that you rethink your PS to Brown Derby!

we have always had a wonderful experience at brown derby. could your son go next door to starring rolls and meet back w/you at an appointed place? starring rolls for him is an excellent suggestion! good luck!

Thanks for all your advice. I'm rethinking our PS for Brown Derby after reading about the recent bad experience there. Maybe we'll all try Starring Rolls Bakery instead.
