Did anyone use Men's Warehouse? DF and I went yesterday to talk to the local store and they weren't sure how it would work with a destination wedding. I am looking for someone to help me with the process, do we need to go to the Orlando store when we get there, or will they come to us? We are not sure if we will have access to a car yet or not, so this may have to decide it for us.

Thanks!

Julie is amazing! I had similar problems at my home store and Julie worked it all out! The process was so easy once we called Florida!
Good Luck!

Julie totally helped us out, too! The people in our local store didn't have a clue, but she totally has set everything up for us.

We're doing tuxes this way because it works best for our schedule: Everyone is picking up their tuxes in their hometowns, and then they will drop the tuxes off at the bell hop stand at our resort by noon the next morning. There are no extra fees for doing it this way, even though we will have the tuxes for almost a week!

Call Julie!! She rocks!

We aren't using Men's Wearhouse for our Tuxedos, but my DBil did last summer for his. A few tips I have if you use them since I had to go with DH for his is have the guys pick up the tuxes near them and have them try everything on a day or two before they leave incase sizing is wrong or something is missing, etc. instead of picking it up in Orlando(you can always return them to the store in Orlando). My DBil wanted everyone picking up their tux's in PA where his wedding was the day before and there wouldn't have been time for anything to get changed if it was not right.

The Shiny Brown Tux shoes do not match the tux at all. If your your colors are chocolate brown tux with latte vest and ties, it is hideous. Not trying to give anyone a change of heart, but after seeing my DH wear that for his brother's wedding as BM, I wanted to throw up. He looked awful in it and I begged my DBil to let him change out of it ASAP b/c I wouldn't take a single pic with my hubby in that hideous tux.

For ours either we're having the guys buy their tuxedos from a website I can't recall right now that the whole cost for everything is cheaper than 1 tux rental at Men's Wearhouse, or we're thinking of a Tuxedo Alternative that looks equally as nice.

Good luck with MW. They can be difficult to deal with.

We had the guys pick up their tuxes at their local shops and then we returned them as a whole to the MW that was closest to DLR. By picking them up at their ocal shops we didn't have to worry about transportation, and they were able to make sure that everyones fit just right a few days in adavnce. Plus we got them for a week so it worked out well.

Men's Warehouse is GREAT! The gentleman who helped us told us they have a deal with Disney that they will actually deliver the tux's to our hotel!

they must be really inconsistant because we were told that under NO circumstances will they deliver or pick up tuxes from our Disney hotels. Like others said, the guys can pick them up at the local stores and pack them, or you will have to go to the Kissimee store and pick them up. The tuxes also have to be returned the next day before 9pm or else everyone will be charged a fee. it was kind of a pain, luckily i have family out there so we had a someone who could drive the tuxes around back and forth for us. but if you dont have access to that it is kind of a hassel

Was it the Winter Garden store that told you that, or the one in Kissimmee? Because the Winter Garden one (info listed above) has a reputation for being super-easy to deal with and has delivered tuxes to Disney hotels in the past...

it was the kissimmee one, it is called "the loop" store. it was only 10 minutes away but they were pretty unorganized. When we got there they only had one girl working who ignored us for 30 minutes because she was talking to some guy about suits who like was just asking stupid questions. We were on a super tight schedule as well because we had to make it to the court house to get our marriage license too. Finally my dad was like Hello, we are actual paying customers and would like assistance.

That's the store that's doing our tuxes. We just ordered them last week, so I'm positive they're still doing it. :thumbsup2

I used Mens Wearhouse for our Disney wedding. It was not a pleasent expierence. We got fitted where we live in Virginia and picked our tuxes up in Kissimmee. The customer service was very bad. When we went to pick them up, not one persons fit. Every single one had to be fixed. I definitley would have your groomsmen go there early for a fitting. We did end up getting a $200 gift card for our troubles.

I think Winter Garden is the way to go. I'll let you know our total expererience with them in a few weeks, but Julie has been great to work with so far.
