Memory Maker

Okay this is probably a dumb question and I am sorry in advance. We just got back from Disneyworld and I prepaid the memory maker. It is awesome. However it says it is going to expire in a month. How or what do I do to get the pictures and videos off of it? I thought it was prepaid so how do I get them? Thank you!

I bought an external hard drive and moved them all to it
