i need some help please. I am very confused. I have purchased the memory maker and have received an email with the confirmation number but now I'm not sure what I do?

It should link to your my disney app and when you take photos in the park it should link to you based on your magic band being scanned.

If you purchased Memory Maker from your MDE account, then it is already linked to your account.

If you purchased it separately from the website, you can link the Confirmation # to the Memory Maker area of your MDE account located under My Reservations on the app.

Ok it says it is linked but we don't have magic bands. So do we just have photos taken and use the cards they give us and then add them on the photo pass website?

They will scan your bands instead of giving you a card. You should be able to view the photos in your MDE account soon after the photos were taken.

You should be receiving a Memory Maker (Photopass Card) in the mail. That's what you'll hand to Photopass Photogs and scan for your ride photos.

If you want your Mine Train photos and videos of Mine Train and ToT, at least one member of your party must be wearing a MagicBand that is linked to your MDE account.

We don't have magic bands, it has been suggested that perhaps one person in our group should buy one when we get to WDW, do you agree? Also as I am from Australia I have elected to pick up the card will call, where do I get the the card?

Yes. In order to get some of the passive shots (such as the pics and videos on Mine train) you need a band. As for where to pick up the card, there is photopass at the front of every park. In MK is it next to Tony's restaurant and where you meet Mickey and Tink. At DHS its the first building on your right once you get past the strollers. Epcot is right next to Spaceship Earth.
