Here now, on day 4. I was hoping to look at pics in my memory maker this far. But when I log on to MDE I can't find it anywhere. What an I doing wrong?! Thoughts?

I usually use the Chrome browser on my phone and not the app. Then just go to Photopass. Another thing is you could stop by the Photopass places. In Magic Kingdom it's in town hall. They can go over your pictures with you.

I find it easier to look in a browser than the app, although I think they're supposed to be accessible from the app.

In a browser, go to the MDE section and then in the Photography section, select Photopass down near the bottom of the list of choices. I don't have any recent/active items, so my menu choices may differ from yours, but I think if you choose "Memory Maker" you just get the marketing info on buying it. If you choose "Disney Photopass" you get to the photo area where you'll find your photos organized by park.

If you log in to MDE on your browser, select Reservations and Tickets. Scroll all the way down to the bottom. Last item on the list is Memory Maker. Should be a link there to view your pictures. That takes you to the Photopass site, where you have to log in again.

Thanks guys! No options like u guys mention on my phone .. Guess I'll have to be patient and wait until we get home.

Use the web browser on your phone. To the best of my knowledge, you cannot view photos via the MDE app (unless it's changed since October). Or you can visit one of the camera care centers near the entrance to each park and get them to check your photos there, to make sure everything is showing up OK.

When I was there in November, I could access it on my phone only by using the internet browser. (I have the Chrome app installed on my phone but I'm sure others will work as well). It's kind of small that way but you can see the photos and video (and download them if you want).

I was able to add the PhotoPass website (https://mydisneyphotopass.disney.go.com/) as a shortcut on my phone's homescreen which was quicker than going to MDE on my phone's browser and then having to go to the PhotoPass site from there. Click on the Walt Disney World Resort option, then sign in to you Disney account and you should be able to access your photos.

We also stopped by one of the camera centers when it looked like a few of our photos were missing and they were able to add them for us there.
