We are going to Disney World in September. We have Memory Maker included in our package. My understanding is that we can order a stock photo CD with a back-up CD of our photos for $30 after we get home.

I plan to do this so I can use the stock photos in some of my scrapbooking but does anyone know what pictures are included on the stock photo CD? I don't want to waste time and memory card space on photos of signs, exteriors, etc. that I will already have in better quality on the CD. I also don't want to miss any "establishing shots" for attractions, etc. because I thought they would be included.

Hoping someone out there who has ordered the CD might be able to help me. Do the stock photos include photos from all attractions from all of the parks? What about the shows? Any for the restaurants? Resorts?

Thank you!

The stock photos are just a few of the park icons and the characters.

You get the stock photos as part of the digital download. IMHO not worth $30 for the disc. :)

Thanks for the comments! Sounds like I should plan to take my own photos! I'll have to invest in extra memory cards.

I just bought a 64g memory card on Amazon for $24. I'm planning to take my laptop so I'll upload all of my photos at the end of the day and start new each morning!

I have seen other people say this, too. Is this something new? Because I purchased MM for my last trip, in October 2014, and we did not have any stock photos at all included in my photos.

I'm not sure how new it is, but my parents got them as part of their MM package on their March 2015 trip. Some of them are really great pictures!

We got it in Jan 2014 and June of this year. The stock photos did not show up in the photopass site when I looked at my photos, but they were there after I clicked "download all." Just wondering if you did it that way? Maybe you never see the stock stuff if you clicked and downloaded pics individually.

I had stock pics of the landmarks and the fab 5 characters. I guess the nice thing about those was that there is no background crowd of people in the shot.

I have both stock photo CDs, the one that comes with the CD when you order a CD of your MM photos and I also purchased the character one. There are photos of all the major icons, and a lot of nice fireworks photos, some parade photos. I don't remember any "signs" in the stock photos, or restaurants, in there either. One good thing about the stock photos, is there are no people in any of the shots. Lots of close up photos of the animals at AK. There are nice shots of many of the pavilions in Epcot, and photos of Illuminations. Unless you take outstanding photos, I really don't think you will be able to take better fireworks photos. I don't even bother to take those, I just watch them as they happen, which is nice, instead of watching them through a lens. I was very happy with the stock photos, actually.

I didn't download the photos individually. I had MM and I did the download all thing, and they were in Zip files, I guess they are called. I ended up ordering a cd of my photos last year and got the stock photos that way. Also ended up purchasing the other stock photo disk with the characters on it.
