Memory Maker sharing question

I purchased the Membership Magic to get the Memory Maker for my upcoming trip on March 12-19. My niece who lives in Orlando is listed on my Friends and Family. She has an AP and is planning to go to HS on March 1 with a friend. Can she get the Memory Maker to work for her for that day? It's fine with me if she uses it and starts the 30 days.

Since you purchased it, you will be the one that needs to activate it and download the photos. Since her profile is linked to yours, you should see all of her photos without a watermark.

So she can get the photos taken on March 1 and then I just have to be the one to download them for her?

Yes.

She may want to go to her Family & Friends List on the MDE website and select your profile and make sure that sharing of photos is enabled (on is the default). This assumes she has her own MDE account and you two are connected.
