Memory Maker questions?

I was thinking of purchasing the memory maker for our fall trip. If I buy it will everyone I am linked too on my reservation pictures show up on my memory maker? Also if I buy it and they do have pictures on mine can they access it? I just want to know if I pay for it all do they get it for free or will I only have access to it unless they buy their own? We have three rooms booked with 12 people.

Everyone linked as family and friends in your MDE will be able to scan their bands and have the pictures put into your account. If you buy it from your My Disney Experience account, you will be the "owner" of the MM, and the one with direct access. You can give them your log in info so they can look at the pictures and download the ones they want onto their own devices/computers. If you don't want to swallow the cost of the whole thing, ask them to pitch in and give you some cash to cover part of it. Splitting it among the different groups will make the price well worth it for everyone, as one photo on its own costs $15. My family of four had around 500 pictures, so I imagine the individuals in your group will have a lot!!

I'm sure others with more experience doing a large group share will jump in with more info, but I think I covered the bare bones basics. I hope that helps!

Last I knew, there was no way to grant others on your linked account access to the pictures short of you giving them your MDE account information.

We just download ALL the pictures and provide copies to those who may want them. I also agree with everything @xlsm has said as well.

I am going to have to save up. Now that our dollar isn't great it will be about $200 for me. We are going for a week so there should be a good amount of pictures. Thanks
