memory maker question

We purchased the memory maker as part of our package, how do l link it to our reservation? Do l get something when we pick everything up from our travel agent? On MDE it appears that there is a number on a card to link it to your reservation, is this to come from Disney to our travel agent? l know it has to be activated 3 days before we go.

You link our reservation to your MDX account and the memory maker is linked to your primary guest. There is no card if booked part of a package.
