Memory Maker pictures

I purchased Memory Maker to share with a friend. She is already there (we arrive Wednesday) and had some pictures taken tonight. I am pretty sure I correctly linked our accounts because I can see her pictures on my account. However, I don't understand why there is a Photopass watermark across the picture when I have already purchased Memory Maker. I don't remember that ever happening in the past. Is this typical?
Also, shouldn't she be able to see pictures in her account? Or will they only show up to be viewed in my main account?

When did you purchase? Maybe it has something to do with the 3-day window for the advance purchase price?? Meaning if you just purchased it, photos taken within 3 days of the purchase aren't included.

From Disney site:
If you purchased Memory Maker at the advance purchase price, photos taken within 3 days of the date of purchase will not be included in Memory Maker and must be purchased separately.

No, that isn't it. I purchased it last month.

That's the new system to avoid screen shots on people's phones. Not to worry when you activate mm it will dissappear
