Memory Maker Pictures removed before expiration!

Has anyone here had their memory maker photos removed from the site before the expiration date that was listed on their pictures? If so what were the results and who did you have to talk to? What phone number did you have to call? To make a long story short due to technical/download issues with their junky website etc they gave me a couple of extensions which made my photos due to start expiring tomorrow,however when I logged in today to finish up editing, almost all of my photos were gone. I thought it was a glitch and that they just needed to reset something as I had the same problem last week. However, when I called today I was informed that my photos all expired yesterday despite the dates on them and the email that I received stating otherwise. I was told that they can remove them at any time after the 60 days, even if they give you an extension despite the date on the picture etc. Well then what to heck is the point of having an expiration date or giving extensions for that matter,if they can just remove them whenever they feel like it. I was told that they can not be restored by two different suppose to be supervisors despite the fact that they were not supposed to start expiring according to the date on the pictures until tomorrow. However, the email that I received stated that they would start expiring April 2nd. The pictures are still all in my downloads folder so I know that they still have access to my photos, so that is not the reason that they are refusing to restore them to the site.

I'm not sure. In my experience, they can restore them long after they have expired. I found out when I called in a panic because my computer died and I didn't have my pictures downloaded from my computer to a disc! It was probably at least a month, maybe 2 after the original expiration date on the photos when this happened, and they were able to put everything back into my account for me to download again on my new computer. I didn't talk to anyone special, not even a supervisor, and they were able to do this. I don't know why they wouldn't be able to put them back in your account, especially since you have the email that states that they will still be available.
