Memory Maker Linking Account

This is my first time using Memory Maker. I purchased it on my account and I have my family members linked to my account but when they log into their accounts, they do not see that I have purchased Memory Maker. Do we have to wait until we go to Disney and have photos, or should this be showing up on their accounts like all my other purchases and reservations. Thanks!

As long as it is purchased and everyone is linked, you are good. After your first picture is taken, you will get a message to activate memory maker. Everything should start working then.

I'm having that problem. The people in my party cannot see the pics. I can't figure out why. (We're linked) I don't remember getting a message to activate memory maker. We've had 2 days in the parks and all pics are on my MDE with the exception of our ones from Buzz Lightyear (which were our favs)

Uh oh, I hope I didn't purchase it incorrectly and will have the same issue.
