Memory Maker help for a big group

We are a group of 21 that's coming in on 3 different days. I bought the memory maker under my MDE. Everyone on my friends and family list can do the MM with their band right? Even if they don't have their own account? My aunts that are going do not have an account, but are managed by me. Does that make sense? Lol

Yep, they just have to be on your Friends and Family list.

You'll get a ton of photos with a group that big! Make sure to tell everyone to stop frequently at photographers, they don't need to be with you for it to work. The "managed by you" are the easiest, no linking or connecting, they're already included under your permissions. Have fun!

Thank you both! My cousin is managing her account that has her parents and kids on it, my parents are on their own, and my brothers family is on their own as well. I can see them all on my friends and family list though so if that's all I need than phew! Lol
The 12 of us that come in tomorrow will be there for 10 days! We're going to have so many pictures lol!!!

I'm here now with 18 family members. Memory Maker is working very well for us. As long as everyone is in your friends and family list it will be fine. The photos appear in Photopass almost instantly and the ride photos are fantastic!

You also need to make sure they have set their accounts to share their photos with you. Just because they're on your friends & family list doesn't mean they're sharing their photos with you. There's a specific setting for that.

Worked great with our family on the last trip. It's also fun to see pictures when the group split up and we have lots of couples and families together!

As I said, I'm here now and it is working well...I know how to set it up.

They can not edit and add borders on their own account. only on yours. you should wait til everyone is done before doing any downloads. only do one download and have everyone use my download link

For our trip I purchased the memory maker and then added the other people's MDE accounts. Once they accepted, I went back in and invited again, but this time choose people you may know and it will show any account that is managed by someone that you are friends with. I added all of them that way to make sure any pictures taken on their bands would show up
