So I'm back from my FABULOUS vacay ... excited to download some of those memories ... and I can't !! Having a lot of trouble!! I "downloaded" my pics ... and then waited for the download button to appear. It was there in 4 parts. I got parts 1 & 4 no problems ... but part 2 downloads, and then says I can't acces the folder ...and part 3 just continuously gets interrupted and never completely downloads ... does anyone have experience with these problems? and solutions??? Keep in mind I am computer STUPID so I could be doing something very simple very wrong. TIA

If you did and git folders 1&4 it could either be a corrupted file or didn't download correctly - yuh can try redownloading again or call their customer service for assist
