Memory Maker Download question

I am buying the Memory Maker today for a trip I start on Thursday. It is a trip with 12 other friends. We are all connected on MDE. I thought about creating a dummy MDE account anyways just for Memory Maker. I was going to invite everyone so that we all can get the photo's. Then they can download after the trip is over when they log in as me.

How many times can I download as the main Memory maker person? Do I have to wait to download until after our trip is over?

I did memory maker last November with my family and a friend. I remember there was some sort of issue when we tried to download more than one time. I want to make sure I understand it right this time.

I don't understand why you'd create a dummy account?

You can download as many times as you want - there's no limit (never has been, as far as I remember). You can download 1 at a time or big zip files of all your photos. You don't have to wait till your trip is over.

The only reason I wanted to create a dummy account is so that I don't have to give my info to my friends. I know they will want to download also. My understanding is only the main person can download. I have never not been the main person so I don't know if that is right or not.

I decided though to just go ahead and buy it on my main account and if they need to log in to download for themselves I will give them my password. It is not like they are strangers.

I ask about the downloads because we had issues last November downloading during our trip and then again after.
