I'm having trouble downloading my Memory Maker photos.
I used the link in the email sent by Disney. I can see my photos (except my 2 ride photos - any advice on that?). I go through the steps to download.
On my dinosaur desktop running Windows XP and using Google Chrome: It goes through the download then at the end gives me an error of "cannot save due to insufficient permissions." I've shut off antivirus shields temporarily while downloading, but same error. Chrome suggests I save to another location but I can't see how to tell it where to save the files, they just go into my Chrome downloads.
On my newer laptop running Windows 7 and using IE, I can tell it where to save the download. I go through the download, it does not give me any errors, I have the zip folder saved on my desktop, but when I go to open/extract from the zip folder, it says the folder is empty.
Can anyone advise? Am I going to have to call Disney for help?
