We purchase memory maker for our trip (seven people all linked on it)but I am having problems finding answer to the following questions:
  1. How long after the photo is taken will it appear in the app?
  2. Do ride photos and regular street photos appear in the same time frame on the app?
  3. Can all seven people see them at the same time?
  4. If for some reason the ride photos don't link, do we still need to call customer service with the number that was on screen at the end of the ride to link it? Or is that in the app now?

  1. How long after the photo is taken will it appear in the app? 45 Days. You have to download the pictures before they expire.
  2. Do ride photos and regular street photos appear in the same time frame on the app? Not sure what you mean by this one. If you're asking do they appear the same day, yes.
  3. Can all seven people see them at the same time? Yes but only the person who has MM linked to their account can download (I believe)
  4. If for some reason the ride photos don't link, do we still need to call customer service with the number that was on screen at the end of the ride to link it? Or is that in the app now? I'm not sure that customer service can help with that but they might be able to. A lot of the rides still have a place you can touch your magic band where it shows your picture, I always do this just in case.

Here's the Disney FAQ page if it helps: https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/faq/memory-maker/

Anyone on the reservation can see and download the pictures - we have done this. Also one time pictures we took at a Photopass photographer that didn't show up. I called costumer service with the date and time when we were at the photopass photographer and they found the pictures without anything. It really is wonderful.

The only way anyone on the reservation would be able to download the pictures is if the person in charge of the Memory Maker entitlement gave them their login information. (Unless you're talking about buying PhotoPass downloads, rather than buying Memory Maker.)
