Memory Maker and Room Only Reservation

We currently have a room only reservation and I called a while back to add memory maker. I noticed last week that it was no longer linked on MDE. I called, and after an hour and a half call we concluded that it had just spontaneously cancelled and I had a credit of $169 on my account. She re-added memory maker and that day it showed up on my MDE account. I just double checked and it's gone again! Anyone else have any problems linking Memory Maker to a room only reservation??? I'm going to be upset if I call to have it fixed again only to show up to our Star Wars breakfast and I don't get my pictures because my account cancelled my memory maker!

That's bizarre. Did they credit your cc again? I purchased Memory Maker on our last trip, which was a room-only. I purchased it online and had no problems linking it to my account.

They only credit my account...it hasn't gone back on my credit card either time. On the first call I made about this the CM made a comment about MM not linking well to room only reservations?? This will be our third time using MM but our first time with a room only reservation. I don't get why this keeps happening but I'm dreading calling back if it means another hour+ phone call:/

Mine has shown since I purchased it two months ago, we check in in 10 days. I have a copy of my email and a screen shot of everything.

Ok so just an FYI. I called this morning and they said it was a known problem that was happening with some room only reservations. They refunded my money and told me the way to get around it is to just purchase it myself...somehow calling and having them add it is the problem. Doesn't make sense to me but whatever. For now, the MM is back on my MDE and I purchased it online myself. It would be a good idea for anyone with a room only reservation to just double check their accounts if a phone CM added it for you to make sure it's still linked.

We did ours online both last year (off site) and this year (room only through OTA) and it is showing up in MDE no problem. Hope you get it figured out OP!

I got it straight today! I will only ever purchase MM online from now on. Calling the reservation CM's to have it added was my mistake. Your on the SWW thread too right?!? I would have been one upset mama if I showed up to our Galactic Breakfast at 8 am on our first day with NO Memory Maker!

yep @williamscm3 I am-going for Weekend IV and the friday of weekend V First day sounded exciting!

Glad the MM worked out-we loved it last year and I was debating about getting it this year but DH went ahead and added it already! We went before the ToT and SDMT videos were added.
