Memory maker and magic shots?

we are here now and did some magic shots in front of the castle this morning (tinker bell). But when I look at them on my phone, there is no tinker bell, just my little girls empty hands. I know it happens but she was so excited - for those with experience will I be able to add this when I edit my photos or should we try again at the park?

Sounds like the CM didn't get their equipment set properly before taking the Magic Shot. Try again.

Yep I agree with the PP, when I did that shot a few months ago, it showed up right away with Tink. They must have messed up when they took it.

If you contact Photopass, they can fix any missing "magic" from the Magic Shots. A couple of mine last year were missing. I contacted them and they were able to put it in.

I believe I used the contact form on the website. I gave them the date/time the photos were taken and, since I'd already downloaded the photos, I also gave them the file name for the photos. I also included my Memory Maker confirmation number.

I had a couple magic shots missing the magic last time. I too just emailed them at the contact listed for memory maker help and they fixed it within 24 hours. Easy peasy.

I've had that happen - as long as you contact them they can fix it. You can do it on your trip, or I've done it once I got home.

For us the regular shots showed on the App in 10 minutes or so, but the magic shots could take 2-3 hours or more to appear. I assume they are done manually and therefore can take some time. If they haven't shown after a few hours then visit the photopass desk in the park.
