If you plan to use Disney Photography for your Memories Wedding can you add additional time before hand to include up to 2 hours more to capture bride and groom getting ready? Also if you go with an outside photographer do you have to include them in the count of your ceremony?

Yes you can! You can pay for additional photography or even hire an outside Vendor for Photography too!

What if you don't use disney photography - do you get some sort of credit?

Disney doesn't give any credit for not using the elements of its wedding packages. The only swap for the Memories Collection is an in-room gift basket for the limo time.

Hi we used Randy Chapman and we love our photos. He was really great to have around on the day and is a really nice guy. He took hundreds of shots and I can thoroughly recommend him.

Disney do not credit you for not using their photo services but if you are going to want more than 20 pictures (which is what you get with the Mem package) it would be much more cost effective to use another photographer.

Randy was really great and we have some lovely shots to remember our day.

The 1 hour photography really is NOT long enough. I think it's a joke. I DO however have a great camera of my own and Iam going to get my Mum / Dad to take pics of me and my daughter getting ready, and my father in law has a great camera too, so he can take pics of hubby getting ready. And once the 1 hour photography is done Iam getting FIL to take us round Disney for a few more snaps. I want a snap outside the entrance to Disney, one on the monorail, and a few in and around the Poly / GF. I will make the most of my own camera

My wedding coordinator said that as for photography, you can add pictures, not time. I'd like at least one more hour! Wondering if I should book another hour through Disney Fine Art Photography for after my ceremony...

We used DFAP for our Memories Wedding, I felt it was enough pictures since it was just DH,DS and myself. I actually had the wedding planner take pictures with my IPhone. I feel like we have enough pictures.
We are planning a Escape VR so our families can be there and I have been thinking about using an outside photographer and using Disney for our DP.
