Memories plus DP? or Escape?

I am planning a Memories wedding with just parents as guests and hopefully an Illuminations dessert party after for 20 people (including me and DF). I am having a heck of a time trying to figure out how much it would cost for me to have a dessert party though.

So... a question for those of you who know the financial ins and outs of party planning with Disney...

Which would be more affordable (or more worth the money)? Having a Memories wedding plus a DP for 20.... or upgrading to Escape so all the guests can see the ceremony, but having nothing afterwards?

Well, it would be cheaper to do a Memories Wedding since right now, they are around $2000. Depending on where you want your DP, it can range since ones of the GF have a $500 minimum food and bev with a $75 set up fee. For Epcot DPs, you have to pay a venue fee ($100-$300, depending on where), I don't know the food and bev minimum but I have seen budgets with fod at $28 per person which isn't bad, and you have to pay a viewing fee of $12.95 per person for those who don't have tickets. I also don't know about transportation, if you have to pay for a bus to take you there.

It really just depends on if you want all of those 20 to see your ceremony.
