We originally planned a Disney Cruise but due to some life stuff we gotta stay land lubbers. Myself, husband, 6 year old son and 1 year old daughter princess: (literally! May 24th is her b-day) are going along with my mom and step-dad on a memorial weekend/week trip. My grandmother is also joining us from arizona on the final day. :grouphug:

Unfortuantly we found it was not economical with all those people to stay on property so were staying at a place called Bahama Bay in a 3 bedroom fully equipped aprox 1600 sq ft condo. I love the disney resorts but were on a budget because of the life thing, thats why we didnt do our cruise. :sad1: So go easy on me Dis fans!

We are doing 4 days at the parks. Ive been to Disney World about a dozen times since age 5. And Epcot twice. I never get tired of it, but i've never seen Animal Kingdom or MGM. So anyone else? :cool2:

We are going May 27th- June 1st with our DD princess: born May 8th, 2006. I can't wait. We had to cancel our earlier trip for Oct 2006 so I can feel your disappointment. I would definatley suggest AK if the kids like animals. Either way enjoy your trip and matbe we'll see you there. :)

We're arriving on Memorial Day for a 13 night stay! Getting very excited!

We'll be there May 27th - June 5th and after all these years of going to WDW we are FINALLY staying at the Beach Club Villas.....WOOHOO CAN'T WAIT!!

We are going to be in WDW from 14th May right through to May 30th, and we are getting married on May 24th, which is also by DF's birthday! Clearly an excellent date :rotfl:

Am getting so excited about the trip - it's SO close now!!! :cool1:

DS10 and I are going May 24-June 3. I'm actually going to let him miss the last day of school--the 24th.
DH is not a WDW fan, so we always leave him at home. Actually, this year, he's taking his own trip. To Colorado.

So, DS will turn 11 on May 31st. He gets to plan that day. I'm sure it will involve a lot of eating. Thank goodness for the dining plan!

We went last year Memorial day week. Checkin in on Sunday...:goodvibes

We had the best time!!! The weekend was crazy including Monday, but after that the resort really calmed down. W would get too the parks at opening to beat the crowds the rest of the week.

It was humid, but temps upper 80's.....Only a couple days of rain showers.:cloud9:

Wish I was going again!!!!

We did AK on Memorial day and with arriving at opening and Fast pass we managed to ride EE 5 times that day!! Loved it!!

Oh well...Have a great time everyone! We will be on the beach in Northwest Florida this Memorial day week so atleast I will be on Vacation!!

We'll be there May 26-June 2. We're staying at the YC agian...I'm so excited.

Each day seems to get more exciting!!!:woohoo: Just unboxed all the summer clothes to see what fits who! Its been so damp and chilly in this corner of the country it seems hard to believe anyone can think about shorts!

Really can't wait!:hourglass
