Memorial Day

Our trip will include Memorial Day weekend, and I was wondering about the crowds on Monday...Memorial Day. We are planning to go to Blizzard Beach that morning and then going on over to Winter Summerland. (Can we walk there from BB?) That evening we have the Fantasmic package at MGM. Eating dinner early at BD (4:00), hoping to catch the parade at 5:30, maybe do Little Mermaid or Playhouse Disney (we have a DD4) and then getting seats for Fantasmic.

Does this sound like a good plan for probably a VERY crowded day at the parks?

Just be sure to get to the waterpark right away at opening. If it's a warm sunny day, BB will likley close at capacity fairly early. Memorial Day is a big day for both tourists AND locals.
