This is a quote that was sent to me via email and it says it eloquently and perfectly!

"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America', for any amount up to and including their life." "That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it."

Even though the day has passed, the honor that these men and women have displayed deserves our honor, respect and admiration. There is not a way that we can give them the proper amount of respect that they deserve but that is no reason for us not to try to make sure that they know that they have our support everyday!! God Bless the Fighting Men and Women, past and present, of the USA!!!!!
