Good Evening all!

We are planning a trip to USF/IOA for the last week of May (24-30) and are staying offsite. We may end up with one of the first two weeks of June, depending on availability of hotel. We plan to hit USF/IOA on Tues/Wed/Thurs of the week, figuring the holiday crowd itself will have died off some by then. We get out of school a few days before the trip and I know most are still in school til mid June. We've done Disney the last week of May in 09, it wasn't horrible, but we stayed onsite so we had early and late nights to take advantage of.

Would you say we could easily get USF/IOA done in the 3 days? Right now we're planning on buying the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal (a family of 5) and don't plan to buy the express pass at this time. We are considering upgrading to AP in hopes to come again next year (or just use another day while there this time).

We're budgeting big time for this trip, hence not staying onsite, FIL has a timeshare we get to use free, so that saves a big chunk of money for us. I am just trying to decide if we should do the AP's or stick to the Buy2get 1 deal.

Advice?

About the AP, keep in mind that it is much cheaper to renew it next year. So if you are planning on going again next year it might be a better deal. It just depends on which one because one has black out dates.

Thanks! Well we are not going on Mem. Day Week after all, can't get resort until June 6 but looks like crowd levels should be about the same as far as I can tell.

We may go ahead and do the AP's so that we can do another day while there, we have 7n/8d at the resort. Plus we can always try to come back another time within the year.
