Memorial Day picnic recipes?

Hey all! I'm surprised this thread has not been posted, or maybe it has and I missed it, but what are your favorite picnic recipes/dishes?

We'll be attending a family picnic on Monday and I of course will be bringing my signature dish of deviled eggs.. I was also thinking of a good chicken salad, and saw someone mention a Hawaiian style chicken salad, but I don't have any recipes...

What are your favorites to eat or make on Memorial day?

Be sure to take a minute to honor our brave brothers and sisters who gave their lives for us, they are the reason that most of us will have a three day weekend!

I'll be making Hawaiian Cole Slaw:

1 bag of coleslaw mix
small bunch green onions
1/3 jar (8-12oz size) toasted sunflower seeds (like Planter’s brand)
package of chicken flavored ramen noodles

For the dressing:
1/2 cup oil
2-3 Tbs. sugar
salt and pepper
seasoning packet from the ramen

Break the noodles into a 9″ pan and add the other indgredients. Mix up the dressing and stir everything together.
