Memolink ?

I went to check my Prize history to see, if just maybe, something had shipped and when I check both DH and my Memolink accounts, both the WebCertificates are gone.

Fear and panic have now set in!

Has anyone experienced this? Does this mean they are about to be sent? I would have much preferred seeing them still there and "shipped" being in the other column.

I emailed Memolink on 5/29 as it was 16 weeks since I requested a reward. Here is the response I received today:

What are they trying to tell me? If it's the same process that Milesource recently went through, fine, I'm willing to wait, but it is aggravating that you must wait for something "earned"

I wouldn`t expect that prize for another 8 months or so I was very surprised to get a $10 pizza hut gc yesterday i had ordered from them last july!
They are terribly slow.
