Membership Cards

I wonder if someone could help me, I cannot find my membership cards anywhere I have turned the place upside down but with no result.

If i need to get them replaced do we get charged for them and if so how much does it cost?

Also who would I contact to get new cards?

I have no idea if there is a charge (I wouldn't have thought so though?) but the people to call will be Member Services

They replaced mine free of charge - you can just email them if you don't want to phone.

They replaced DH's free of charge too - but it wasn't quick!
