I’d like to purchase 150 points at SSR with the current discount, but I just won’t do it until the DVC AP comes back. If the DVC AP perk does not come back, something equally valuable, in actual dollars and not in intangibles, would need to replace it to make me purchase direct.

I was just laying in bed thinking about this very point last night. I don’t think I would’ve bought direct if I would’ve known that in March 2021 the AP would still not be available. Does anyone have any idea or data on whether the unavailability of the AP is hurting direct sales right now? There literally are no direct perks other than not having your point usage restricted.

I can tell you with certainty that they have lost one sale at the very least ....ME I am going to give them a little more time to figure this out and after that I will look more seriously at resale or just decide to bag it altogether as I am beginning to see the writing on the wall that some kind of vax passport will be necessary to visit the world. That will exclude me.
