Members website

Just got in to the site!! I'll check to see if there's anything different on it, and post back.
 
I went from server to busy- to can not verify member id call MS, anyone else getting this?

I had no problems prior to it going down.
 
I just got the call MS message. I was able to get on around noon today.
 

"We're sorry. We are unable to validate your Disney Vacation Club Membership information. For assistance, please call Member Services at (800) ********†."

AAAAHHH - Why isn't it working? I haven't been able to get on the site in days!!!! :badpc:
 
Well at least it is good to know I am not alone in getting the call MS message. I thought I was fat fingering my password so I did the "forgot Password" link and was emailed my password. It still didn't work ..... ah well patience is a virtue .. now what'd I do with tha hammer? Oh there is it! :badpc:

It's been working for me tonight, no changes evident.
 
I couldn't see any changes either. No announcement and no changes to the points managing area.

One thing I noticed and it may have been there all along was that you could add an associate member on line.

It's been there for a while.
 
I couldn't even get the site to come up at all earlier - it took me to the msn search page as if the url didn't exist????

I've heard that power outages are causing issues with dining call center, tour call center etc... so perhaps that's the issue?
 
I know whats going on! Due to National Security ,dcv have not allowed anyone to logged on so that the peace process in the Middle East can go on without anyone from the UN taking a vacation or booking one. :happytv:
 
I just tried to call member services to ask a question and there is a recording stating that they are closed due to a system outage. I'm sure it is all related.
 
Most of Disney's systems are down. Almost none of their websites are running at all right now.
 
Talked with my guide today, and he said the whole computer system was down - including fastpasses at the park. He had no idea when they would be back up running.
