Been trying to modify my reservations for the last 50 minutes and keep getting "try again later".....what a joke their IT department is. I can't say I have ever seen such grappy IT from a major company like we get from Disney.

Apple, please buy these losers up and fix their IT systems.

I was finally able to book it at 4am my time, 7 am Orlando time.

While I was on the site trying to book a survey came up asking me how I would rate the web site! Gave them a poor rating. One of the questions was if the experience would effect my desire to buy DVC.

I just got off the phone with Member services, their computers are up and running now. I waited till the very end of my time frame to put previously banked points into RCI.

I was just on again and the only part not working right now for me is the annual dues area.

But, I was able to switch my two March BLT nights to SV 1 bedroom from LV which were not there this morning! Yeah,
