Member's Guidebook finally

Well, we finally received our MGB today. I called about it last week (thanks for the suggestion ). Also received a seperate mailing on DC member benefits for 2003. It has a section to put into "your Member's Guide to the Magic binder...too bad we don't have any such binder!! Does anyone have one and what year did you receive it? We joined straight from the MKC?! It does talk about the end of DC.

You get a DC binder when you renew your membership. I just got mine in Aug. though I'd been a member of the MKC since 3/99.

A question for you....when you called about your guidebook were you told it could take 4-6 weeks to arrive? I called yesterday and was told this. I'm a bit wary, as I have yet to receive last years' guidebook, nevermind this years'! I called several times about last year and still have never received it....and I'm getting a bit upset to say the least.

Thanks! Some of us are still waiting, and you've given me hope. I run to the mailbox every day when I get home from work, looking for it, but lately I've been getting discouraged. I called October 1, and they did say it would take a few weeks. So there's still hope!

Lesley...I was told 4-6 weeks but Im very grateful that it came in about one week. thanks for the info on the binder...we did not receive one when we renewed last year. I plan to renew before the 12/12 deadline so we can get the discount on APs next year for one final time.

I got my guidebook yesterday. However, I am still not sure I am in their system. I think I bugged them enough that they fed-exed me a copy.

But I am still not getting any of the regular mailing, or the surveys that other people get.

I feel bad to keep e-mailing member administration to ask them to help me resolve the problem with the marketing department (where these mailings are mailed).

I guess I just have to wait for the next mailing to prove to them that I am still not in their system.

We haven't gotten other mailings either. Without this board we wouldn't know what we're missing .

I agree with you BCV23! I'm still waiting for GB too but at least I feel like I am still in touch because of these boards. Thank goodness for DIS!! Annmarie

We received our guidebook today. I emailed MS I think about a week or 2 ago and they said between 4-6 weeks for me to recieve and I recieved today. Looks great.
