We bought DVC while we were on the Fantasy a few weeks ago and were wondering how long it took to receive the email with the initial access code to get access to the website. We have received our member numbers and cards in the mail but still haven't received the access number yet.

Call MS and select option 6. They can assist you with setting up on-line access.
