Member Website won't accept my phone # or postal code!

I know there have been tons of posts about the website, but I have another! I had a prob with my Canadian info, so I just called Member Services and he said their working on stuff, so I need to put in a fake US address. I did this and it still doesn't work! I get error messages saying that phone number or zip code is invalid, so I put in my friend's work info (not a fake address!), and it's stil not working. I've already called MS twice this morning - help!

Update: Still trying to get into website I can log-in with my Disney User & passwords, but it will not let me register no matter what I do! Not sure if Member Services will be able to help, so I wasn't going to call again. Any suggestions?

If you still can't get in, try rebooting AOL

If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall it entirely and go grab a new CD from your mailbox.

I was just able to sign in without any trouble. What kind of trouble are you having?
